By creating an account or accessing Competitor Radar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Permitted Use & Scraping Policy

Competitor Radar provides automated public website observation and AI-synthesized change reporting. You agree to utilize the Platform solely for lawful business intelligence purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You will not configure the Platform to monitor private, non-public, or credential-protected endpoints.
  • You will not execute denial-of-service, abusive request floods, or malicious payload injections.
  • You acknowledge that crawled pages are publicly accessible assets and that copyright in third-party content remains with the respective copyright owners.

3. Account Responsibility & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account or organization workspace. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

4. AI Analysis & Strategic Insights Disclaimer

Strategic summaries, market implications, and counter-action recommendations generated by AI models are provided for informational and strategic planning purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Competitor Radar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive crawling patterns, or attempt to circumvent security protections.
